MANILA, Philippines — Senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and pregnant women can now cast their votes during the early voting period for the first Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) Parliamentary elections.
The early voting hours will run from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m.
With this, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) has reminded early voters to fully shade the circle opposite the candidates of their choice, dry the ink on the ballot and wait for 30 seconds after shading before proceeding to the automated counting machine (ACM) to insert their ballots.
